About Break Barriers

Mission Statement - "To empower organizations by delivering tailored collaboration technologies that put people and their needs at the center, fostering innovation, inclusivity, and growth.”

With over 20 years of experience in the IT industry globally and nearly all public and private business sectors, I started Break Barriers to foster more collaborative and positive experiences in today’s ever-changing work landscape. The inspiration for the name “Break Barriers” came during one of the COVID-19 pandemic lockdowns, when I witnessed many people struggling with new technologies designed to “simplify” hybrid work.

Often, these technologies were either implemented incorrectly, not scalable, or simply caused confusion and frustration for end users. These challenges created barriers to effective collaboration rather than making it easier. At Break Barriers, we are dedicated to breaking down these barriers through understanding the end users' requirements and providing comprehensive training, education, and consulting. By working closely with decision-makers, we ensure their choices are well-informed and data-driven, ultimately leading to smoother, more efficient technology adoption and enhanced collaboration.

WORKING FROM HOME

While the ability to Work From Home (WFH) has been around for a while, the shift to working from home became more prevalent during the Covid-19 pandemic.
